Don't hold back your tears.
Crying is always part of being human. Even the animals cry when they can't any longer bear the pain. For me, it is not a symbol of weakness. It's more than that. Just because you cry doesn't mean you are already weak. It just means you're putting your guards down when you feel the most powerless. But once you release it all, you will start to feel better. And when you do, you will become stronger.
Furthermore, a heavy load rests on your chest when you're in the mood to weep but choose not to. There are times when you may not want to be seen as vulnerable or emotional in front of others. But if you're in the mood to weep, do so! It's okay to cry your heart out! It has a natural effect on one's mood. In addition, your eyesight will be improved, and you will experience a reduction in the weight on your chest. Emotional discomfort may be alleviated by shedding a few tears. Just let it out!
Is it bad to suppress your tears?
I don't think it's good. The reason is that depression may sometimes be brought on by a lack of stimulation. There is nothing wrong with crying when things go wrong.
When you cry, it brings out certain chemicals in your body that kill two birds with one stone: it stimulates the pituitary gland in your brain and it rejuvenates you.
Having too much of something is never a good idea. It all depends on the scenario. Let the tears flow in certain circumstances, but don't be afraid to keep them back in others. You'll know when the moment is right. Count on it. I know you'll feel better! It's a place I've been to. There is no shame in shedding a tear. And even if it takes you a while to process it, know that you will.
Again, when people cry, it isn't because they are frail. It's just that they have been strong for too long. You are not weak, you are human.
One tell-tale indication of a person fighting back tears is...
This is difficult to describe, but the eyes begin to cry, the nose begins to run, and they conceal their faces because "people don't like it when others watch themselves weep." People who are about to weep might instead get furious or agitated instead of sobbing. As I'd feared, this is a difficult endeavor. When you have had a rather bad childhood, being open with people and sharing your emotions can be quite painful.
You have drained your stock of tears when they're no longer present. In order to recover that substance with tears of pleasure, you need to look for something else.
Tough circumstances await teenagers at this time period. These years are a time of great change and growth, as you face a wide range of life's challenges, make new friends and foes, and get a deeper understanding of the world around you. You've got to experience a lot, especially things that test your strength, and at such an age, you are more likely to hold back your tears.
If you're not safe, keep your feelings bottled up until you are. Sometimes, you don't have an option, so you've got to work through it on your own. If you're not comfortable letting someone see you weep while you're with them, don't do it when they're around.
It's the body's method of dealing with emotions so that the brain doesn't have to keep returning to the problem. I think the brain knows that the feeling is preventing the subject from participating in typical activities and that this is potentially harmful until the person deals with the emotion and goes on. So the brain releases the emotion to give itself a break and buy itself some time.
Anyway, the next time you feel like you're crying and you can't hold it back anymore, let the tears flow down your cheeks and let it out. The time you spend crying may be the best time you spend healing yourself. You'll feel better soon!
Crying really helps release all the heavy emotional tensions that we experienced, tho there are also silent cries that is too much painful to handle.
