In my garden, Gac Fruit is the exotic and super fruit. I'm overjoyed because it's finally bearing fruit. Gac Fruit is high in carotenoids (especially ß-carotene and lycopene), antioxidants, and other nutrients. Vitamins A, E, and C are also abundant in the fruit. Gac Fruit is a seasonal melon fruit that is only found in Southeast Asia and Northeastern Australia. Gac Fruit fruits are round or oblong in shape and have tiny spines on the exocarp. When Gac Fruit ripens, it gradually changes colors from green to yellow, orange, and ultimately red before being picked.

Oh just yesterday I have seen a video of a lady trying it, it was my first time seeing this fruit and she said that the texture was veey strange and the taste was not sooo sweet and felt like melon and cucumber in taste.
First time see this type fruit. It looks pretty much like a round ball. I have never seen it before but it looks very beautiful and colorful.
