The Flower of the Air Plant - The Air Plant, also known as Tillandsia, is a unique plant in the bromeliad family with over 600 different varieties. I like to plant an Air Plant in a dried pong pong fruit and hang it along the garden path. This plant is very easy to care for and requires little maintenance. When I walked by this morning, I noticed my Air Plant was beginning to bloom. This surprised me because I had previously learned that the Air Plant only bloomed once in its lifetime. I'm not sure how to care for and speed up a healthy blooming cycle, so I'll let nature do its thing. I wish you all a wonderful new month of December.

wow! so thiw belonged to the Bromillad family. Look at those unique purple/lavender flowers, so lovely. Glad it has many flowers because Bromillad's only have one flower when it blooms but is lasts many months before it withers. Have a great day Andy.
