Rain continues to pour every day, which is fantastic for my plants and trees. Without rain, the weather will be extremely hot during the day. My Sunday rain started early in the morning then stopped, so I seized the opportunity to harvest herbs, vegetables, and fruits around my parents' property before they rotted due to too much moisture. Picking them will also boost new growth and allow them to benefit from the rain. The wild tomatoes have begun to bear fruit; some are ready to be picked, while the rest are still green. This wild tomato is fantastic in our Papaya Salad and can be added to any dish for a light sweet and sour flavor. I hope you all have a beautiful Sunday.
