My Monday has been really productive, as I've been busy harvesting the Spring Onion that my mom planted for our home cooking since early morning. Now that we have plenty of Spring Onion for our own consumption, we should gift them to our family and friends rather than wasting them. Spring Onion flowers are tiny and lovely, but they indicate that the plant is about to enter the seeding stage of its life cycle. Spring Onion is one of my favorite veggies since it is flavorful and versatile and requires little space and effort. They can fit into the tiniest plant bed, plot, or pot. How's your Monday going?

You managed to harvest them just in time then Andy :)
My mother planted a large number of them and will only cut them when she needs them for cooking. There are many of them growing on the plant beds. It is better to harvest them and gift them to our friends and relatives or anyone in need.
Very cute spring onion. I never knew the name of those. Thank you
I never know Spring onions have flowers.
