I attempt to escape the heat of the sun during the day by starting my day early in the morning. There are now a wide range and abundance of fruits and vegetables available for picking around my property. I have a variety of eggplants on my property, but this kind is particularly unique in terms of color. Normally, Round Thai Eggplant is green, however this variation changes from green to yellow. Its scientific name is Solanum Aculeatissimum, and common names include Dutch Eggplant, Indian Nightshade Eggplant, Yellow-fruit Nightshade Eggplant, and others. How is your Friday going?

We have this kind of eggplant as well but I have not tasted this kind yet. I always buy the normal 😄😄, the violet long one's. You are surrounded with much blessings Andy. Hope you can share to us some more of your veggies and fruits there. You planted them yourself? or your mom? My Saturday is great!🤗
