Star Fruit or Carambola - I am pending some of my outdoor gardening activities for a while to avoid the heat from the sun. Today is at 35 °C but don't feel the heat that much as it is cloudy. So I can enjoy a quick walk around the property and garden. The star fruit tree needs me to stop and collect its fruits that fallen on the ground. It is almost 2 months from its first batch of fruiting. Apart from many fruits fallen on ground, Star fruit tree is still bearing plenty of fruits on tree. Most of the fruits that fallen on ground are become rotten. So I will use these rotten fruits to fermented with molasses (a viscous product resulting from refining sugarcane or sugar beets into sugar) and use it as cleaning detergent and natural fertilizer.
