Currently at the rice granary. We're sun drying the rice bundles while the sun is out. My only companion is my father. My mother went to the school and is busy with their year end report. My brother also went to deliver sand to a client since there's an order this morning. Also my daughter doesn't want to come with me here at the granary so she's left alone at the house, just hoping mother will go home as early so she'll have someone with her there. Hahaha. The picture below is how we do it. The vacant lot is not enough for this recent harvest so brother improvised, so some bundles will just be hanged to dry. We need to dry them all in order to stock it inside the granary so there will be space enough around the granary for the second harvest in our other rice fields. Hoping the next harvest will be plenty again, so we won't need to buy rice stocks for a whole year. This is my village life. We do physical labor all the time. Hahaha.
