Green chili is very important in our daily diet that give vitamin A and C. Green chilli also a sourse of iron, zinc, calcium and other important minerals.

Chicken a full of protein and important minerals which helps in motabolic activities.

I share with you the recipe of green chilli chicken.

It can be eat as diet food for muscle gainer and also serve as dish. It is delicious with white boiled rice and chines fried rice.

Ingredients.

Chicken. 1 kg.

Green chilli. 200 gram.

Cooking oil. For your requirement.

Green onion. 100 gram.

Soya sauce, salt, viniger. Add to taste.

Bell Peper, onion (additional). 1 and 1.

Procedure.

First wash chicken and then boil in minimum water and dry water in it. Then add some oil and fry it. Then add in it some salt, soya sauce, viniger to taste. And mix them.

Now off the flame and cover with lid.

Now take green chilli and cutt into small pieces and add some viniger to reduce it harshness.

Then in the small level flame and add green chilli and fry it for 5 mints on low flame.

And at the end cutt the green onion and spread on kt then cover with lid for 10 mints. It give a herbicides taste in food.

If you like onion and bell Peper. Then cutt the onion and bell Peper into small size and add in it.

The very healthy, yummy, delicious recipe is ready. It is very good for health. And make in very short time
