Modern times, along with many innovations, also reveal new concepts. These new concepts are not only concepts that we need to know the dictionary meaning of, but also concepts that we need to know how to put into practice. The reason for the emergence of these new concepts is the word "unfree" behind our effort to be an individual. Mankind will never be completely free if it goes on like this. I don't know the meaning of the concept of freedom for you, but for me it means that we are not dependent on any person or thing. I am aware that this is not possible in today's world, but ultimately it was necessary to explain a concept. We are the proof of our freedom under the name of freedom. We reflect the judgments of a system that is imposed even behind the decisions we make consciously. So, what is the "Synopticon", which is the equivalent of mirroring?

Before explaining the concept of "Synopticon", I would like to explain the concept of "Panapticon", which is seen as the title of this concept. The word “panopticon” is derived from two different words known as “pan” and “opticon”. The word “pan” means “whole”, while the word “opticon” means “to observe”. For this reason, the structure takes the name "Panopticon", which means "Observing the Whole" in accordance with the task it will fulfill. The concept of "Panopticon" is a symbolic design that deals with the concept of "Sightless Surveillance". This symbolic design has gained great importance in the necessity and continuity of the capitalist system. This way, which was set out to keep people under control, allows the society to control itself with the feeling of something or someone watching.

We talked about "Panopticon", which is seen as the title of the concept of "Synopticon". So what is a "Synopticon"? While Panopticon consists of the combination of the Greek words “Pan” whole and “Opticon” visual-sight (surveillance), Synopticon is an idiom that a proposition gains in a certain interpretation with the combination of the Greek words “Syn” togetherness and “Opticon” visual-sight (surveillance). formed with the load. Since the majority follows the minority in the Synopticon, it is guided by the minority as it wishes. The majority tends to imitate what the minority says and does, that is, their way of life. He tends to act, live and think like them. Thus, the majority is shaped by what the minority considers right and wrong. In this context, it is inevitable that the way of thinking is the same. What it creates this inevitable result is that it offers an unquestioned lifestyle.

The minority want the normal to be achieved only within the limits they set. They do this indirectly, not directly, so that the majority do not notice. The minority, which determines what they want to impose on their subconscious, rules by dragging the majority. By determining the message they want to give and making them think that they act consciously, they deliver their messages. Doing this, especially with the mass media, which is the biggest provider of modern society, offers them a great opportunity. Thanks to this communication with the media, the minority has the conditions to direct the society and transform it into the way they want.

In order to establish this concept, the minority wins the majority's choice by attracting the idols determined by the majority to its side. Society turns from the questioning side to the imitative side. They try to resemble the minority because they want to live the normality of the individuals they see as idols. Especially with the technological opportunities provided by this century, it becomes easier to do this. They try to adopt the idea of common thought with the othering work created for people who are far from the mentioned thing in terms of importance or place.

In societies that foster such a concept, the word freedom continues to exist only as a word that cannot be understood. In favored societies, everything can be brought under control and the aims of the minority can yield a positive result. It can be clearly seen that the desire to make everyone like everyone else.
