#Hypnic_Jerk

A sudden swarming in sleep is called as "Hypnic Jerk".

The same happens to 60-70 percent of the world’s population, despite not being with everyone. It's all that, in all cases, they feel like they are going to fall. The whisper of a mountain or a stairway, shaking by the stairs and the stairs is hypnic. This skull is called "Hypnic Jerk". The shackles also have different names. For example, sleep start, myoclonic jerk, hippnagogic german etc.

#The reasons for Hypnic Jerk-

1. Caffeine or tea-coffee consumption.

6. After dreaming of falling from a high ground or from the mountain or from the stairs, we wake up in the midst of sleep.

7. Spontaneous hypnic Jerk may be in the lack of magnesium, calcium and iron.

8. Besides, there is a word and a ride on the outside, but it can be felt that we are falling. That's when the brain attempts to wake up and keep the body.

9. In the body the lump is slowly and the muscle starts to be slow. But, without being able to fix the muscles in the brain, the process is shaken, and the body is shaken.

#The way of escape from the Hypnic Jerk:

The hypnic jerk is the lower catagory of the stimulation of nicotin or caffain, the reducing physical hard work before sleeping, and reducing adequate magnetism. Some medicines can help reduce hypnological jerks or reduce the hypotic jerks. For example, during the bedroom, a small clonazepam took place. In addition, some people can create a stability in this hypnotic jerk which increases concerns about the previous experience. This extended anxiety and tiredness increases the potential of hypnic jerk. However, some people fear for physical disability. However, the physicians say there is nothing to fear about it. Because sometimes the nose is also a cause of “Hypnic jerk” for snoring. In this case, the tension flow of nerve is shaken in the body of sleep because it is not able to make the nerve fixed. Hypnic jerk is not a disease. If the rules are followed and repeated, it is possible to be released. As anyone grows, the possibility of hypnic can be happened. However, many people think that it is a psychological problem and go to the psychologist for remedy. In fact, living change, regular exercise and impulse to enjoy busy times etc can be easily released from hypnic jerk.
