Ingredients:
1/2 kilo chicken feet ( cleaned and fried)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon atsuete powder
5 cloves garlic
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
salt to taste
hard boiled eggs ( optional)
Procedures:
1. Saute the garlic then add the fried adidas, black pepper, vinegar sugar and atsuete powder then stir and simmer for few minutes.
2. Add the water and simmer until the adidas is really tender, add hard boiled egg if you want season it with salt then simmer until done. Serve with rice.
