Never look down

I guess the title itself gives a somewhat confusing message, because we always look down in any situation, these words are dedicated to all the people who are going through bad times.

ZkThis is my first publication, I hope it reaches the people who really need it, don't look down no matter how difficult the situation is, don't look down, keep looking straight ahead, no matter how strong you are life is hitting, don't look down, all problems pass with time and I'm sure you will get ahead, if you need to clear your mind, you can listen to music, exercise, talk with a friend, there are many things you can do To keep your self-esteem high, focus on your goals and dreams and you will see how everything will improve in the long run, just don't look down.
