You should be aware that you and your thoughts are two separate things. You are not part of your thoughts.

And that you are not a follower or product of your thoughts and therefore they do not control you, and the correct thing is that you are the one who controls them and not the other way around.

You are the one who allowed your thoughts to control you and follow them to drive you wherever you want.

You have to train yourself to take control of your thoughts.

If you always adopt a certain way of thinking, then you have programmed your mind over many situations to adopt this method.

For example, if you are driving a car and at peak times and in heavy traffic, you get very angry and excited.

The first time you were driving in a crowd you were thinking about all the negative thoughts and letting them dominate you.

Thus your reaction was anger and excitement, and with the repetition of the same situation, the thoughts and the same reaction were repeated.

You programmed your mind and gave it the command that crowded time is a negative thing, so get angry and excited.

Thus, every time the traffic situation is repeated while driving, your mind repeats the same reaction.

This happens automatically, without coming back to you or thinking about it, so you may find yourself as soon as you see a traffic jam.

Rather, even if this crowding did not affect you in anything, and you were able to get out of it and reach with ease.

So you have to train yourself and program your mind to change the thought in the same situation.

Give yourself a chance, even for a few seconds, when repeating different situations, and before you give in to a certain idea.

Start to change your perspective on the situation and thus your thoughts and feelings change, start to see things differently.

Take it as a challenge between yourself and yourself.

For example, say: “I am now out of the house in a calm mood and I will not let anything disturb my mood today, no matter what it is.”

And throughout the day, put this sentence in front of you: "I will not do whatever happens."

When anything happens that might upset you, take a few seconds, think about it calmly, and focus on the positive.

Always try to extract the positive from every situation.

All situations we go through have two sides, a positive side and a negative side, and you decide which side you see.

If you are a negative person, your mind always sees nothing but the negative side in every situation and begins to fill with all the negative thoughts.

If you are a positive person, your mind will always let you see nothing but the positive side, and it will only receive positive thoughts in every situation.

So always focus on the positive side by which you benefit from things and from every situation.

For example, driving in busy times can be a great opportunity to teach you patience and emotional stability in difficult situations.

Driving at busy times can also bring out the worst in you, lose your temper, and even affect you physically and healthily from excessive emotions.

You choose the type of ideas and you are the one who fully controls them.

Always choose ideas that lead you forward and make your life more comfortable and happy.

And moved away from the kinds of thoughts that hinder you and make your life more difficult and miserable.

And gradually program your mind on the types of ideas you want as the same situations repeat.

It takes time and effort, but it is worth it.

  • There are two types of mentalities of humans:

- A fixed, rigid mindset:

People with this mentality see life as static and unchanging, and they see their potential and capabilities that cannot be changed.

So they remain constant throughout their lives, not developing, viewing failure as calamity, disaster, and the end of the world.

They are always self-justified, and even their intelligence decreases with time.

Because they stop evolving, trapping themselves in a shell from which they never come out.

- A sophisticated developing mindset:

People with a sophisticated mindset see that everything can be improved and improved.

They constantly develop themselves, are more successful, and advance in their work faster than others.

They are not looking to compete with others, nor are they interested in looking at others and analyzing what they do.

They are even competing with themselves and looking to be better than they are now.

Always looking to develop and develop their skills with practice and diligent exercise.

They see failure as an opportunity for a new beginning and changing their approach and behavior towards achieving a specific goal.

In order to change your thoughts, you have to be a developing mindset.

If you have a fixed mindset, you can change that immediately.

You just have to reflect who you are and change your outlook on life and the things around you.

  • Conclusion:
