Adebola Williams And Chude Jideonwo had only one asset between them when they took their first tentative steps in business. Hope. The other asset, which they cherish no less despite its intangibility, was their budding friendship. The year was 2005. William was 19, his partner 20 and together they believed that the world was their oyster.

Barely out of their teen but driven by audacious dream, these two would go on to build some Nigeria's foremost youth enterprise brands, breaking new grounds and picking up accolades from far and wide as they did so. William and Jideonwo are the minds and muscle behind Red Media Africa, and other premium brands like the future Awards, Rubbin' minds and YNaija.

In a nutshell. As you envision the idea, write it down. Share it with a few people and ask yourself, what problem is this ideal solving? Having shared your idea with the right people, receive their criticism, then go over the idea and fine-tune it. Mind you, share only with people whose Judgment you trust so that they can help to bring you up and not down.
