Food is essential for growth and tissue repair(according to science). What you eat is very important. Am not a nutritionist, so I won't dive into much details.
In our day to day life, we encounter situations, where we are required to make use of our accumulated energy. What do you do in such situations?
Here I will attribute learning to eating.
We feed our mind space daily by what we learn, yes or no?(answer that in your mind).
Learning the right things in life is what actually helps us scale through though storms, even when it seems like we will sink, we don't. Because we have being feeding well(not undermining the God factor, I believe in the supernatural).
I will like you to examine yourself, of a truth have you fed your mind with the right meal that will help it grow to withstand stress and hard times? Or you are starving it by the day? It's on you and me to take responsibility for what we eat.
