Hello guys.Do you love to eat Biryani???Here I am once again with a new Biryani recipe.
My recipe name is Soy Biryani.
Let's start-
Ingredients :
Basmati rice 1/2 kg
2 teaspoons of biryani spices
Soybeans 250 grams
Whole hot spices
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon of turmeric,
Raw chillies at 5 pieces,
Chop the onion at 4 pieces,
Ginger paste 1 teaspoon,
1 teaspoon of garlic paste,
Cumin paste 1 teaspoon,
1 cup of sour yogurt,
1 teaspoon of chilli powder,
Bay leaves at 2 pieces,
Cooking Method:
First you have to boil the basmati rice. Then fry the onion in a pan with a quantity of soybean oil and keep it.
The rest of the onion should be given with hot spices and bay leaves. Then add ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, chilli powder, salt to taste and boiled soybeans.
Now you have to cook it well with biryani spices and sour curd. You have to give it with whole raw chillies.
Now you have to mix the boiled basmati rice a little better. Now turn off the oven for a while and cover with a lid. Now pour it in a bowl and serve it as you like.
