Today my recipe name Nawabi Katla.
Let's start-
Ingredients :
★ Catla fish 450 grams,
★The amount of mustard oil,
★2 teaspoons of ghee,
★ Whole hot spices,
★ Onion crumbs 2 pieces,
★Bay leaves 2 pieces,
★Ginger paste 1 teaspoon,
★1 teaspoon of garlic paste,
★A little more than 1 teaspoon of chili powder,
★ 1 teaspoon of coriander powder,
★1 teaspoon of turmeric powder ,
★2 teaspoons of almond paste,
★1 cup of sour yogurt,
★2 teaspoons of rose water,
★Salt to taste.
Cooking Method:
★First, smear the carcasses with salt, turmeric and a little chilli powder and fry them well in mustard oil and take them out in a bowl.
★Then add ghee, hot spices, onion, bay leaves, ginger paste, chilli powder, garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder and almond paste to the hot oil.
★Now you have to give sour curd and fried fish. Once the fish is cooked well, the broth will become thick. Now mix 2 teaspoons of rose water and put it in a bowl and serve it as you like. Your testy Nawabi Katla is prepared.
