To ensure traffic security individuals have two contrasting views, some people favor that a yearly driving test is necessary while others think on the opposite side.
People say that yearly driving test is unnecessary because a yearly driving test never gives us a license for the whole life span, moreover every year spending money on driving test is just wastage of money because if we learn driving once so we never forget it, furthermore, middle-class people say that we don't afford to renew driving license yearly. On the other hand, most people say that a little expenditure on their driving test yearly may save them from a big loss.
However, in my opinion, it is essential for a person to take a driving test yearly. As we know that traffic is increasing day by day so we need to polish our driving skills to stay safe. Secondly, life of a human is more important then the money so if a little expenditure of money can safe us from big harm, so for me it's not a loss.
So what do you guys think taking a yearly driving test is important or not???

As for this, I am not for taking exams every year. There are people who are in the vehicle non-stop and those who sit in the car a couple of times a year. I prefer the variant that people who commit an offense, and I mean collisions, speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol should be punished by revoking the license, taking a new driving test and limiting driving time (from, say, morning to evening, when they can independently to drive unsupervised.).
