Hi guys it has been a long while. I was actually preparing for school. School is around the corner. Well I will write my last article about motivation. Thank you all for your support. The struggle is real The crowing of a Cockerel in the morning wakes people up. Being diturnal, working tiredlessly, making amends in getting the plans for the job ready. Taking a bath and having my breakfast. This is definitely an experience.. "The struggle is indeed real". **Dear read.cash users,.. The market as usual was very busy and tiring for others. The cartpusher trying to push the barrow, with sweat pulsively flowing throughout his body but still took the courage to move on. Well I was watching to see what he will do next. After delivering the goods for a customer, I heard another individual shouting,....'Cartpusher! Cartpusher!! Cartpusher!!!'. He then heard and immediately took to his heels to his next customer. To my surprise, the goods were pretty bulky and heavy but the cartpusher went on to carry the loads. With sweat running through his whole body. I could see his spine protruding as he took the loads to convey into the customer's car. After that I got out of the car I boarded to meet him and talk with him. Never give up!!! I asked him how he was able to do all this seeing how heavy the load is. He said "this is what I eat from. I earn using this means and as such I must work to earn the money for my daily bread". He also added" this is the only job I can get for now and in all, I must make ends meet". Well upon hearing this I was very sad for him. Well I gave him 20$ to try and manage it. "Thank you!" Says the cartpusher. Well I concluded by saying 'you are welcome'. **The struggle is indeed real**. Watching a woman under the sun selling, walking about with a baby behind her back. "Baby! Under the sun!". Walking around to sell her vegetables and fruits. To my observation, the fruits were stale making it very difficult for people to buy. I was very sad for her especially with the baby on her back and the heavy load placed on her head. She went to buy food as small as a morsel and she gave it to her baby. I asked her, why won't you breastfeed her. She replied by saying "I have no breast milk". This is tragic! Well According to my observation, she looks unwell and malnurished. And because of that she couldn't breastfeed her son. Well, I bought some food for her to bring back her strength. Sometimes in life, we all struggle to make ends meet. Life is not easy. When we are caught with a challenge we ought to face it. When we face it, we might have A lot of problems coming in and it might try to bring you down. Where do people mostly place their teeth for the fairy to come and get it.? Of course it is under the pillow. The pillow here represents 'the place of glory', the tooth fairy depicts success coming your way and the tooth is 'your talent'. Be determined and open minded and success will definitely come your way. **Hardwork and laziness are two different things here.** Hardwork is using all your resources to bring in something good for yourself through effectiveness and dedication to that particular work. Hardwork is the pillow to success. When you sleep on the pillow, you have to sleep on it well for it to work effectively to give you the sleep you dreamt of having.....a nice sleep(success)🤗. If one is lazy, the pillow will not work for the betterment of your head. The way you position the pillow will indicate whether you will sleep well without any neck pain or not. **Never be lazy**. I read a book on the subject of the personal finances and one of the earliest I read during Vacation was George Clason's, richest man in Babylon; and I recommend this book for each and every person here. It's a narration of the story of the ancient people in Babylon and the strategies applied into becoming one of the wealthiest cities in the world at that time, those principles still hold today. Principles, in effect, do not change. **Part of what you earn is for you to keep** Now what do I mean by the above caption.? "Pay yourself first" means before you pay for any expenses after receiving your money or income, a part of what you earn is for you to keep. You need to take out a fixed amount out of your income for savings-that is what you will pay yourself with. **The 80-10-10 rule** This simply means that anytime you earn some money, you pay 10% in tithe or other form of giving based on your religion. The next 10% in a savings or investment account, then the remaining 80% for your own expenditure.Until you take out your initial 10-10. don't spend the rest 80%. The 10% you put in an investment or savings account becomes a seed for a future money tree if you will be dedicated to adding more and more to it every month or week while it attracts interest. The power of habits. Now to be consistent in your savings there is something we call habits. The more you do it the more it becomes a part of you. There is a thing about habits that we've got to understand; it becomes a part of us and very difficult to break. In effect,if you have a poor savings culture and a bad spending habit, it becomes tough for you to break when you have a family. It is ,therefore imperative to begin cultivating a healthy spending and savings habit as early as possible. Cultivating such healthy habits become a part of you and very useful in a family setting. **If you are unable to spend wisely and invest a part of what you make while single, there is no guarantee that you can ever do it when you get married. I believe the best time for any young person to save in order to create a strong financial foundation is within the first five years or so when they are out of school and begin to work; a time when they have no direct family dependants.** Well, someone could be asking, "How can I live on just 80% of my salary when I struggle with 100%??? This leads us to the second principle.......... Control your expenditure!... Of course you ought to control your expenditure so as not to spend too much on something. there is one universal truth about humans and that is our wants are insatiable. All our wants and never be satisfied I can give you a million dollars to buy all you want you may come back that there is more you could have bought but the money wasn't enough that is how I wants are imsatiable. It is natural about humans. You may want to buy the latest phones cars laptops clothing designs and soon yet you will always want more. We are all in one way all the other like Oliver twist who asked for more. If our wants are insatiable that simply means we can't spend all our years working and trying to satisfy them because one thing is certain we will fail at it one day. The key there for is for us to exercise a great deal of discipline in our spending especially on things that add little value to us. food, clothing and housing are a necessity. We can't do without them. These are needs we must meet to be able to live comfortably. Even that there is some restraints you can exercise on how much food and clothing is spend on. It is no wonder you visit homes where food is thrown into the trash bin. That is an absolute waste of financial resources! Do you know that.... Do you know that all the clothing you own in your wardrobe, you use 20% of them at 80% of the time while the rest 80% at 20% of the time? Yet,you will keep buying and buying and never wearing them at all. will you not be better off saving what you spend every now and then on clothing? That is not to see you shouldn't put up a good appearance. A good way to streamline how much you spend every now and then on clothing, for instance if you have a regular time frame within which you can shop for clothing. You don't just walk into a shop and buy on impulse. to reduce unplanned purchases be disciplined and prepare a budget that you stick to. A budget does not only help you spend wisely it also helps you to track what you are spending on stick to a monthly or biannual budget. It is a wise way to spend money wisely and avoid impulse buying. I hope this article was informative enough. Thank you.

What if it is found out that what you quoted wasn't true? It will give a negative signal to the interviewers and as such that might make that opportunity to get a job wasted. When you are asked how much you earned in your previous job, there is no need to lie about it. More often than not, the salary for the job you are interviewing for has little or no bearing on your salary in the previous job. Every job comes with it's own salary expectations. Be truthful and say exactly what you earned in your previous job, or are earning in your current job. Thank you for your time and I hope you enjoyed this edition. I'm here to write in this very article, "Tips on how to run through and interview (1).". There is more coming soonest. Comment, like and suscribe in for more. Thank you. What colour is appropriate? We can't talk about dressing without colour. Let's talk a bit about what colour is appropriate for an interview setting. Again According to some survey conducted by The ladders.co.uk, the following were found in terms of colour and what recuiters thought; "Orange was the worst colour to wear for an Interview. 95% of executives felt it's unacceptable, with red 84% and pink 83% also thought inappropriate. I know pink is the favorite colour amongst most females. But please, reserve your pink dress for another occasion, not an interview. So what colour is appropriate? I think you should stick to the safe corporate colours; Navy and black. As an addition, dark grey is another good one. You should have at most 3 colours of all you wear. That means your suits and trouser or skirt should be of the smart colour. You can use black or brown shoe, which should match the colour of your belt and pair of socks. The shirt you wear underneath the suit should be white or sky blue. Your necktie, preferably, should also match with your suit. Everyone wants to be successful in life. Get the good marks in an exam, being the first in a race, being the richest man in the world, breaking records and a whole lot. When you make up your mind to make this dream a reality you will definitely get it. So success alone is a BIG word and the cornerstone to reality. It gives you the motivation you deserve to strive on. But in all there are some issues to which it undermines individuals making them think that success looks easy. It looks easy alright but being in the field is not easy at all. Sometimes when we are successful in life, we have some people who give us the support to make it possible, some do it blindly and in turn, go behind us and try to deteriorate our success. Well in this world, everyone has a friend and an enemy.( I stand to be corrected). There is no one in this world without the two elements. A friend and an enemy. Our future is dependent on them. Do you know that your enemy can even take you to greater heights? They can bring in a problem into your life and in that problem, there are experiences and opportunities you will definitely get to achieve your goals. **NOW LETS DIVE IN**....... Do people think that success is just like plucking a leaf from a tree? Some people believe so. And more over there are alot of challenges successful people face. Before one can become successful, it isn't easy at all. They are only seeing the tip of the iceberg and not what's beneath. Success is easy alright. But in order for you to say it is easy, you must go through alot of problems and issues before you can get to your dreams. Plucking a leaf from a branch is very easy right. If the tree is high, what are you going to do to climb that tree? Of course you will climb to get it (Effort). Likewise when the tree is short, you will only stretch to pluck it.(Effort). **All hands are not equal.** Some just make easy steps to life while others have to make ends to meet. This is very true and in turn, **Jealousy** sets in. Some individuals make it in life through maybe some lottery he or she won or something quite easy. But for another individual, no matter what he or she does, it's either it's obtained late or it isn't what's expected. Life is not the same for everyone. **Keep this in mind**. Why jealousy sets in? This is human nature. **Human nature**. Do you guys agree with me? When one is boastful, he or she invites termites to eat the remaining bait. If one tends to "show off", it will make some friends become jealous and do undesirable stuff. And in the end, blaming others sets in. Then the Circus goes on like a cycle.
