Abandoned church with "ghosts"
In a small town in Lukova, there is an abandoned church with ghost statues called, St. Geroge’s church. The church was built in the 14th century but after a hundred of years, it was finally abandoned in 1968.
It was recorded that the church has had a troubled past. It was destroyed during the war and was rebuilt. After a century, it was caught in fire and reconstruction was made again. Then finally, during a funeral service, its roof fell and people believed that the church was hunted and so it was abandoned. After the church was left to rot, the people wanted to save it but didn’t have the money, until a local artist came up with an idea in 2012.
Jakub Hadrava created 32 life-sized “ghosts” sitting on the pews and inside the church. It was said that the statues represent the Sudeten Germans, or German Bohemians, who used to live in the area. Jakub used his classmates as models in creating the statues by covering them in sheets and making plaster casts.
Eventually after the installation, it attracted tourists to the church, since it has that eerie and spooky atmosphere. However, according to its caretaker, there are still some tourists who refuse to enter the church. It is also said that tourists donated thousands of dollars to help repair the roof of the church.

Does a Polygraph instrument really detect lies?
According to my professor in college, the polygraph instrument does not directly detect a lie but records physiological responses when people are lying. For example, fear of detection, blood pressure, heart rate, changes in respiration can be recorded and compared with how they were before and after the question is asked.
People use polygraph in various ways, such as criminal investigation and employee screening, but the validity of this remains to be questioned. Are the changes in physiological responses entails that it is a lie? Or could it have been produced by other conditions? There are a lot of things to consider if you want to test the validity of this evidence.
What are your thoughts on this? Do you believe in the results of a polygraph test?
Tanjiro Kamado
Tanjiro Kamado is the main protagonist of Kimetsu no Yaiba: Demon Slayer. He joined the Demon Slayer Corps for the purpose of hunting down the murderer of his family. He is also on a journey to transform his sister back to human.
He wears a distinct *hanafuda* earrings, which I believe was passed down to him. He has a scar on his forehead which eventually grew and developed as his Demon Slayer Mark. He went on a rigorous training under Sakonji Urokodaki for a few years before engaging on the Final Selection stage of becoming a Demon Slayer.
After successfully becoming a Demon Slayer, he then wears the standard uniform, a dark-brown gakuran jacket, white belt, baggy pants, a pair of zōri with red straps, and bands of white cloth wrapped tightly around his calves, all beneath his signature checkered haori. He also carries his sister inside a wooden box on his back, where she can sleep and be safe on travels during the day.
Tanjiro is kind by nature, even to Demons. He has a very strong sense of smell which he uses to fight. He can smell emotions and track demons and humans. He learned swordsmanship and the Water Breathing technique, which increases the oxygen in one's blood by controlling his breathing pattern.

Just another normal day. The sun is shining brightly outside and I can hear several birds chirping, which is uncommon. It was very cold early in the morning, though. My two blankets weren't enough to keep my body warm but it was okay. I am used to this coldness since I lived here. It was a crisp after summer morning. I could see the twilight on the window, just on the narrow space the curtain couldn't cover. You could say it was gloomy but for someone who sees it all year round, you would think that it's going to be a good day.
I woke up late, as usual. The sun had already warmed up my room. It's a good weather to do some barbecues or have some watermelons. I think I'm going to do that today. Hopefully before the rain comes in the afternoon. It always rains after a sunny noon. I tell you, you get to experience three climates here in my place.

The first anime I watched was Fushigi Yuugi in English dub. I so loved this anime that I even act out some of the characters and chant the spell. :D Anyway, since then I continued watching tons of anime series. I used to say to my self that I will become a scientist one day and invent a virtual world where I can be a character, just like in SAO. haha! Anime just makes you want to live in that world sometimes.
