I have been using coconut oil a long long time ago. I used it for cooking, and for my hair. Satisfied with its use and results, it is good to use coconut oil other that those products that are not natural and harmful to our body and health.
We only used coconut virgin oil for cooking, but only once we tried to buy it and change it with normal oil for cooking.
