How to create your Bitcoin Wallet Electrum
Step 1 - DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE https://electrum.org
Locate the downloaded installation file (in the Downloads folder or elsewhere)
Launch it with a double click
Confirm the changes to be made on your computer.
Select the installation folder, then select Install - install.
Before creating a wallet, prepare a pen and paper to write down the so-called seed (seed-phrase) - a few English words that you can use to restore the wallet. Remember that anyone who knows these words has access to your cryptocurrencies. Keep it in a safe place and do not store it electronically.
Step 2 - GENERATE BACKUP SEED

Start Electrum
Choose an option: standard wallet
Choose: create a new seed - create a new seed (seed phrase)
You will now be asked to rewrite a few words. These words will help you recover your wallet if your computer gets damaged. Do not give to anyone and keep them in a safe place.
Confirm the words and click Next - next.
Create a password to protect your wallet and click Next.
Step 3 - START USING ELECTRUM AND GETTING BITCOIN
On the main screen of the wallet, click Receive - receive.
Enter a description of the transaction
Enter amount Copy the address from the Receiving address text box.
The receiving address is one of your addresses.
Click Save - save.
Setting the fee in Electrum.
The transaction fee is the payment to the miners.
Generally, the higher the fee, the faster your transaction will be confirmed. Electrum will automatically find the optimal payment amount. You can change this amount before sending the transaction.
Sending bitcoins.
On the main screen of the wallet, click Send
Enter a description of the transaction
Enter the recipient's bitcoin address in the
Pay to text box Enter amount
Click Send - send.
Enter password
Select OK
