Philosophical problems concerning execution involves the understanding of two more significant issues; life and death. Therefore, during this essay our discussion of execution from an ethical perspective will depend upon what we understand from these two issues. the many theories concerning the character of life within the first place are often separated into three: Aristotle’s view of life; the mechanical view of life defended by Descartes; Kant’s definition as life as “organization”. we will add the Darwinian theory of life also as a replacement perspective which remains changing and evolving. The biological approach of Darwin and later evolutionary biologists is materialist. Since Darwin is checking out the origin of life, his biological explanations will give as a byproduct the character of life also . We shall attempt to argue that if life features a significant meaning then we'll attempt to preserve it.

We also got to explain the character of death. We shall then attempt to define death. within the end this may bring us closer to research execution also from an ethical perspective. we've another point which i might wish to discuss: Since religion plays a crucial role in human life it can't be neglected in discussions regarding the ethics of execution and thus we shall attempt to examine this issue. i might wish to show that each one these debates are endless and that they seem to repeat one another without resolving the matter whether there should be the execution or not. There are still many countries where execution is applied nevertheless there are many other countries during which the execution has already been lifted and replaced with captivity . My discussion will end with a discussion of how Islam in our culture offers an answer to the present problem.
