Just cooked macaroni, perfect for this typhoon paeng. When we go to the grocery store the owner joked that it seems that there will be an fiesta that wil happen. The store is well packed with customers that is buying essential goods for the calamity. There is a sudden rise in the water level due to the heavy rains. Many have taken shelter to evacuation centers. For the residents that have a house made up of light materials and those residents that is near to the shore.
