This sunday we made chicharon, we extracted the oil from the fats from the chopped back fat. Then we have harvested plenty of lard. Lard is the oil from the back fat. When the oil is extracted the chopped fats is fried then it will be crispy chicharon. It is so yummy when you dipped it in the vinegar.

Kanina naka ligo na ako nakabihis na ri para pumunta ng school. Tapos yun po pag punta ko sa school sakto na sinuspende pa lang yung pasok. Grabe baha na kasi dito sa Camarines Sur pero, wala naman signal number. Kaya yun pinag pulungan muna kung isuspende pa ba ang pasok. Grabe talaga to so bagyong paeng baha na sa likod bahay namin at sa may harapan. Thanks God for the blessings because it's not so windy. If it was so windy we will suffer sleepless night again. Just cooked macaroni, perfect for this typhoon paeng. When we go to the grocery store the owner joked that it seems that there will be an fiesta that wil happen. The store is well packed with customers that is buying essential goods for the calamity. There is a sudden rise in the water level due to the heavy rains. Many have taken shelter to evacuation centers. For the residents that have a house made up of light materials and those residents that is near to the shore.

Our backyard turned into pool by typhoon paeng and our floor is turned into a river. When will this heavy rain stop even the typhoon left us the heavy rain is not stopping. We do not have current now and we are unsure in this kind of situation.

Hello to my 85 followers Right nowI am reading thr unread post which is 250+ post. While I am waiting for my goto or porridge to be cooked. This is a staple meal here when we have calamoties, because the ingredients are affordable. Though there is an inflation going on. We hust made a porridge in a small pot. I hope that we will recover soon in this calamity caused by typhoon paeng. Have a nice day everyone.

Ang pusa ay tulog parin Gusto nya talaga may kasama kapag natutulog lalo na at malamig ang panahon. Habang ako ay nag iisip kung ano ang kakainin sa tanghalian sya naman ay mahimbing ang pag tulog. Sya rin pala ang pusa na kahit malamig na gusto na may electric fan parin. Katulad ko i on ang electric fan at kukumut din.
