Deep Memory Thoughts

Have we ever had a moment when our we can't remember what happened just few minutes back... and we wonder what really happened to us.. this can also be a reverse of that, where we have a whole lot to do and we remember vividly every day of our lives. And what do we do about that, we can't accept the fact that we have to take it all step by step and the actual goal will be achieve but when you rather have it constantly and consistently we give up even before achieving our set goals. The pressure we face just to hide beneath what is good and pretend that all is going well then we break up hurtly... isn't it better to live your life with care and trust that things will fall in place at the right time.

I woke up one morning and I was right there thinking of how to go about the day, still thinking of what I have made already, still thinking of the next thing to do to make an income, still thinking of what I have made on noice, still thinking of the recent happenings in the country... like I seriously need to put it all together and act cool because I can't change the course of things but only do the best I can do at that very moment.. do we overload our minds and body's with a lot and we often times feel the impact..

Remember these words, you must choose to accept that we sometimes have a limit to where we can reach because immediately we've reached a huge breakthrough there is this mindset that sets in to take a break and when that occurs there's nothing you can do to change it.. take a break then re strategize again, you will win all your thoughts and emotion by knowing the best situation and each character role in them.

This isnt to discourage you to lay low when you should be on top, but you can't win by choking your self... accept that you are weak and start the planning again after you have done a lot to keep your mind active.. certain things that could help are..

Sports and other activities...

These are very useful to keep our minds balanced and as well our body.. try to make planing on your life style, the basic thing is that it makes you think better..

Friends or Communication

Communication is key, seek help if you are in a tough spot.. don't relent in accepting help, mostly ideas that can help you out.. This is hard as most of us don't have friends we can trust so we choose the plan ourselves.. there is no dirty sides in treu friendship, so if you trust that person open up.

Do what you love

If you live writing, then start doing that right away... sometimes I just feel happy and relatively active when I write.. One thing is very sure that I can bring out the best in me through doing what I love the most and this has proven effective.

Be prayerful

Everything you have up there can be the best idea anyone's ever done but with the backing from God... commit your thoughts and your ideas to him, and watch him bring them to life..

Start with the least hard to the hardest of them

This has proven effective to completing your schedule and plan, immediately you finish the little ones it keeps you fired up for the next and also the next till chain is competed..

In conclusion

Always remember that you can achieve, but don't get drowned into them before you tackle them... think of a better tactics to condition your day or your idea..
