Sun is the center of our solar system. Without it our solar system, including our planet can’t live at all. Sun also supplies life force to all animals and plants. Sunlight is a must for human health.  

Sunlight is a wonderful mood uplifter. It releases serotonin, which stimulates upbeat mood. Sunlight plays a crucial role in building strong bones. Sunlight triggers the skin to produce vitamin D that helps bones become strong. Moderate exposure to sunlight helps in preventing many types of cancer.  

Sunlight also plays a key role in keeping the heart related, blood pressure diseases, and allergies at bay.  

In brief, sunlight is very essential for health; one must never miss the opportunity to enjoy sunshine everyday
