Most times we found it hard to fall asleep at night, some of us tend to lose sleep over annoying circumstances.One of the reasons we find it hard to sleep at night is the type if the food we eat to bed. You can get it off the street especially you getting back from work at night.Bread is an energy giving food because it contains a lot of carbohydrates and sugar. Bread spikes up your blood sugar levels, causing your energy levels to spike and fall, disrupting your sleep in the process. Bread is highly digestible, there is a chance of you waking up starving a few hours later in the middle of the night. BEANS: Beans or any type of food made from beans should be avoided in the night, Beans is very delicious but a bad option for late-night consumption. It can cause heartburn and also cause upset to the stomach, This can certainly prevent you from going to sleep.PEPPER SOUP : The pepper soup comprises spices, sauce, and peppers that may worry your stomach and can cause heartburn especially for people suffering from Ulcer. make it hard to fall asleep.All these foods items should not be eaten late at night in order to have a sound sleep.
