Games and sports are part and parcel of our education because they help one to be a social being. In the past, these activities were considered extracurricular activities but nowadays they are termed as co-curricular activities. An educational institution is the microcosm of a society or a society or a miniature because many students of different cultures,customs,creeds and classes muster strong there. A field of sports or games is nothing but an arena where there is struggle and sometimes a joint-endeavour to win in a disciplined manner. In the international arena of games and sports,the activists are regarded as developing a bond of fellowship,friendship and fraternity.
