Make small balls from the dough and sand the bread. Now cut the bread into 3 corners and make it like a loaf. Then make Singara by closing the mouth with the collier filling in the thong. Heat oil for deep frying in a pan. Then fry Singara till it turns red. Serve hot with sauce, onion or salad
