As i was returning home from work I had to stop at the petrol station. I wanted to surprise my girls, Lili (5) and my dear N (my partner), so I bought them some treats. Shrooms This time I made a quick decision on the plans for dinner. For my dear N and Lili I just fried pre-made wiener schnitzels (breaded stake) and for me and nana L (my dear N's mom, my mother in law - so to speak) I made breaded and fried champignons. I cleaned and washed them, sliced them in half and dunk them in a scrambled egg (added a bit of milk) and in breadcrumbs. Fry'em in a pan and voila, dinner. City rooftop ice ring The local shopping mall transformed it's rooftop baskeball/football court to an ice ring for the winter. It's magical. I might try it out after long years this winter. Dinnertime! Good evening - Food evening © This evening we were really out of food. I had to think of something quick and I found a pack of tortelloni, filled with ham. So I made those and as I didn't have any sauce and really didn't want to go from scratch i decided on sour cream and breadrcumbs browned in butter. Coffee, tea, candle and a cold morning It's below 0°C in the morning for the first time this autumn. It's -5°C to be more precise and you can tell instantly. Mybdear N made some herbal tea to waem us up and coffee also. I lit a candle as ambiental warm light and it also warms up the mostly closed balcony air a bit. It's a cozy and nice morning. Last week we visited lake Zbilje. The weather was so foggy, that the light from dispersed so much it was blinding. It was also impossible to make a normal photo, so I used the circumstances and shot the photo presented.
