God created The Earth

When there was yet nothing...

Genesis 1:1- In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

God, the ONE truine God" is the CREATOR God. When He created the heavens or the universe, He already included planet earth. God created them out of nothing. God is all- POWERFUL! But in the beginning...

Genesis 1:2 - the earth was from less and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the spirit of God was hovering over the waters.

The planet earth in the beginning was not in its present form. Earth was just a mass of solid matter, water and air floating in the dark infinite abyss of space.

And God said, "Let there be light," and there was light. God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness. Genesis 1-5.

God SPOKE and out of nothing God created light just by His word. God is All-POWERFUL! God saw the light was good. God is ALIVE! He could SPEAK and SEE. God is a LIVING God. He is GOOD and RIGHTEOUS for what He created is not evil.

Thus God established the first day.

And God said, "Let there be an expanse between the waters to separate water from water. So, God made the expanse and separated the water under the expanse from the water above it. And it was so. God called the expanse "SKY". And their was evening, and there was morning- the second day.

It appeared that God the Holy Spirit was moving over the surface of the waters, forced the air from the surface into the middle or between the water to separate "water from water". Thus God established the second day after the evening and the morning came.

The Third day

And God said,"Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let the dry ground appear." And it was so. God called the dry ground "Land" and the gathered water he called "seas". And God saw that it was good.

Again God spoke and by His words the waters gathered and land appeared. Gathering and appearing involved movement, thus, the earth moved to form deep crevices and the waters gathered into them forming the seas. The earth movements created surface pressures forming the mountains and hills. There was no rain during those times that could cause floods and erosion.

Then God said, "Let the land produce vegetation: plants and trees...according to their various kinds. And it was so..and God saw that it was good.

Thus, God again established the third day.

And God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark seasons and days and years, and let them be lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth." And it was so. God made two great lights- the greater lights to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made stars. God set them in the expanse of the sky to give the light on the earth, to govern the day and night, and to separate light from darkness. And God saw that it was good.

God created the sun,moon and stars just by His words. Again God established the fourth day..

The fifth day-

Genesis 1:20-25. And God said,"Let the water teem with living creatures, and let the birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky. So, God created the great creatures of the sea and every living and moving thing with which the water teems, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. God bless them and said, "Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth.

God created all the fish, birds and all living creatures found in the waters. God commanded them to multiply. God said they were all good. God is GOOD, all-RIGHTEOUS and JUST. He created everything good. Who taught God to make all of these? No one. God is all knowing and all powerful. No one needed to teach God. Since God created all these things, God is greater than these things. Therefore, man ought to worship the creator- God alone.

Again God established the fifth day.

And God said, "Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: livestock, creatures that move along the ground, and wild animals, each according to its kind." And it was so. And God saw that its was good.

God created all animals, insects, organisms, germs, and viruses. All are good according to the purpose for which God created them. Not one of them is evil. Everything that God made was good and perfect, for He is a Holy and Righteous God. He is wonderful no other God like him.

Let's continue next day, the making of mankind. Which fall on the six days of creation.
