6.9 Magni Quake

Mid-october to December 15,2019, the Philippines island of Mindanao experiencing shaking, many many times.

2 of the known provinces: Davao del Sur and North Cotabato was mostly affected, damages are real: houses,properties,farm,business,schools, offices, stores, building, and most specially lives of many people.

• We happen to live near the borders of this provinces mentioned. Since October we all manage our personal recovery and self readiness to the worse scene.

Last December 15,2019 while attending a big thanksgiving celebration of our close friend, with me is my wife and children. Enjoying the beautiful celebration and listening encouragement, and powerful message and some music. All of a sudden, the ground moves from slowly upto 6.9magni. Everybody in the room run out fast as they all could, my wife in my side we can't move right then, because of so many people running fast going out, all are scared,crying, and praying.

I feel very bad, because our 10y.o and 8y.o daughters are in the CR exactly the quake hits. My heart broke thinking about them. Thanks God, luckily even our children very scared but they are safe and manage to go out from the cr.

Lesson learn:

-life is unpredictable, so as the nature circumstances.

-God is the best protector and helper in times of shaking.

-He also provide ways to escape.

After the October to December hit. God has given us the chance to help thru relief operation we have touched 1,600 families and 400childrens in psychological first aid, and relief food packs thru many donors and partner. This story remains in our heart forever. Thank you.
