Thinking right or right thinking? For today's blog we will be talking about things that we think what we are doing is right but it is not. We think it is an ethical work but it is not. We think it is good but it is bad. We think it is the best thing to do but it is not.

Social Media

Do you think it is right to express your feelings bad or good in any social media? Probably you would say YES because you strongly believe that your anger will be lessen if you post your emotions on Facebook or Twitter. Do you think if you do that the problem will be solved or it will be getting worst? I remember my churchmate, the mother of my godson posted one time on the Facebook about her husband who betrayed her for long time. It was her instinct that could make her sense that there's something wrong with her husband. She discovered that her husband was engaged and fell in love with another woman. She confronted him but expectedly he denied. Until one time, she caught him together with the mistress inside his boarding house. Because she could not hold her temper, what she did was she made scandal in that place. When I read her post on Facebook, I immediately chatted her and advised to delete her post. I explained to her that your issue will become worst because many people would react until it scattered on the media like virus.

Church

Do you think religious people are right when taking cigarette before entering the church? Many would not agree on this. Perhaps almost all would say no. There's a government warning written in the pack that says, cigarette smoking is dangerous to your health. But why many are still taking or using it? They only kill themselves. But what the bible says about this? In the new testament, sorry I forgot the verse but I'm pretty sure that you heard this many times. It says that our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. How could be the Holy Spirit stay in our body when it was damaged or destroyed by taking cigarette and even drinking hard liquor excessively? That would make us difficult to enter the Kingdom of God.

Cigarette 🚬 smoking kills. It kills not only to the one who used it but to the person also who can inhale his smoke. It's I think double effect.

Politics

Do you think it is right that after his three terms in service, he passes it to his wife? Philippines is known the what so called political dynasty. They don't want other people will be given a chance to lead the people until they could hold power on their position. Greedy people know to cheat, know to steal and know to make corruption. So, this coming election we'll not receive money from any candidates. If we're doing it, we tolerate them to corrupt. From the time we receive the money, the corruption also starts.

Community

Do you think it is an ethical behaviour to get divorce of your wife or husband considering the fact that both of you won't feel love anymore to your partner? Whatever your reasons, no one can separate what God has joined. You can separate her or him, but never get engaged to someone to avoid the sin of adultery. It is unethical because the essence of marriage will be lost. Others could not appreciate to get married because of many issues about family that somehow the children were greatly affected by the victims of love. Thus, let's help one another

Family

Do you think it is right to advise pregnant woman to abort her child while inside the womb? Other would answer YES especially if she was raped. Their reason maybe they don't want the child to grow and know that his father was a criminal. But still that advise is not acceptable to God. Life is a gift.
