Ingredients

  • 3 eggs.

  • 4 cloves of crushed garlic.

  • ½ spoonful of ginger.

  • ¼ cup of chopped parsley.

  • Lemon juice.

  • Salt and black pepper.

  • Spices to taste.

  • Pinch of ground ginger.

How to prepare

The first step is to chop the parsley, onion, and garlic together.

After that, we bring a large bowl and put the amount of chicken, lemon, ginger, salt and spices next to the chopped mixture that we prepared earlier, and finally the rusk.

Stir the mixture, then gradually add the eggs to the mixture and stir until merged with it.

Now we come to the stage of preparing the kofta, pelleting it to the size we like, then put it in the refrigerator for an hour or more.

Prepare the frying oil and fry the kofta balls until they are golden in color, then serve it with spaghetti.

Italian Fuchinia

Ingredients

  • A kilo of white Italian fuchinian pasta.

  • 3 cups of cooking cream.

  • 2 cups sliced ​​mushrooms.

  • 2 cloves of garlic.

  • 5 pieces of boneless and skinless chicken breast.

  • A cup of chicken broth.

  • A glass of water.

  • A cube of chicken broth.

  • A mixture of basil, thyme and Italian spices.

  • Salt and black pepper.

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese.

In a pot of boiling water, put the pasta with a spoonful of oil and a pinch of salt, and leave it until it is boiled, then filter it and leave it aside.

Add the mushrooms after cutting them to the appropriate size, then leave the whole mixture until soft.

In an electric mixer, put the cream and a cup of chicken stock and beat them well.

Add the resulting mixture to the chicken mixture on the fire, stir it, and then leave it on a low heat.

After five minutes of putting the soup on the fire, add the thyme and Italian spices and saute.

Now we bring the finished mixture and put it on the fuchini pasta that we boiled before and mix it well, then add the grated mozzarella cheese and stir then pour the mixture into the dishes and serve hot.
