Eggs have adequate amount of fats, and don't worry, that fats won't increase your weight, won’t make you fat. 😂

Mostly people used them in the winter season, and boiling eggs are considered more beneficial Because they help in keeping the body warm.

Besides fat, egg yolk is a source of Vitamin D, But mostly it is seen egg yolk is not liked by all.....in my home, no one is interested in egg yolks, all just take egg white, especially my kids, when i said them to eat yolk and told them how much it is beneficial for health, they try to eat it but then again left it.... i think due to its dryness and it swell in the mouth..... well..... yes but they like egg yolk in half frying egg.... that melted yolk is their favourite food.

Egg also contain zinc in it, that is very helpful to strong the immune system of the body......

Boiled egg are considered much better than frying egg, if you are interested to control your belly fat.... boil eggs have low amount of calories than the egg frying in butter or oil..... But mostly we use omelette in breakfast, and prefer to take boiled egg at night.

Egg also used in many dishes, some people make halwa of eggs that is very delicious and yummy.
