These people believe in ALLAH
‼️and yet they are Disbelievers 🚫
" They accept that Allah alone is the Creator, Sustainer, Controller (etc) of the universe, which is Tawheed ar Rububiyyah(Lordship), singling out Allah in His actions
But that is not enough for them to be #Muslim because they #violate Tawheed al uluhiyyah [[Oneness in worship - which is directing all forms of worship(dua, sacrifice etc,singling out our actions) to Allah alone]], as they call upon others (the Prophets or other dead "saints" in the grave) beside Allah for help or intercession.
“And if you ask them: ‘Who has created the heavens and the earth and subjected the sun and the moon?’ they will surely reply: ‘Allaah.’ How then are they deviating (as polytheists and disbelievers)?”
Quran 29:61]
"They say: "These are our (👉) intercessors with Allah." Say: "Do you inform Allah of that which He knows not in the heavens and on the earth?" Glorified and Exalted be He above all that which they associate as partners (#SHIRK) with Him!"

"Verily, those whom you call upon besides Allah are slaves like you." [#Quran 7:194]
“And who is more astray than one who calls on (invokes) besides Allaah, such as will not answer him till the Day of Resurrection, and who are (even) unaware of their calls (invocations) to them?

Muhammadﷺ said, “If you ask, then ask of Allaah, and if you seek help, then seek the help of Allaah.” (Tirmidhi, 2516)
"Do not call upon anyone beside Allah" Quran 72:18]
"If you invoke (or call upon) them, they hear not your call, and if (in case) they were to hear, they could not grant it (your request) to you. And on the Day of Resurrection, they will disown your worshipping them. And none can inform you like Him(Allah) Who is the AllKnower (of each and everything)."

🌹 Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Du‘aa’ is worship.” 🌹
(Then he recited the verse)
“And your #Lord says, ‘Call upon Me; I will respond to you.’ Indeed, those who disdain My worship(by calling upon anyone else) will enter Hell in humiliation.” [40:60]

To invoke/call upon is #dua which is worship. This is the exclusive right of Allah alone.
Say (O Muhammad): "I only invoke(call upon) my Lord (Allah Alone), and I associate none as partners along with Him."
Quran 72:20]
Shirk is giving one or more of the Rights &/or Attributes of Allah to someone along with Allah.
🔹This is the greatest sin and will never be forgiven🔸takes one outside the fold of Islam 🔹leads to eternal abode in Hellfire 🔸destroys all Hasanaat (good deeds)
