And they use SOYBEAN OIL. One of the worst oils because it is too high in omega-6 fatty acids, which increase inflammation in the body.
The POWDERED CELLULOSE in some breads is an additive made from WOOD that is linked to weight gain, inflammation and digestive problems.
The YEAST EXTRACT contains free glutamic acid – the main component of MSG – which is purely used to increase food cravings and irresistibility, so you eat more than you should.
I’m also not a fan of the NATURAL FLAVORS that they use, which are anything but “natural”.
