"Do you have more pressures and stress weighing upon you? Or do you have more joy and light within you? Either way, you’re okay. However way you’re feeling, you’re okay.
When we feel down, uninspired or depressed, there are reasons for it. Sometimes, we know what the reasons are, and sometimes, we have no idea why we are feeling this way. 😔
But when you are feeling this way, don’t be pressured into perfection, don’t be pressured into happiness. 👉🏻Perfection does not exist, and happiness already exists.
Happiness is simply a sense of peace, peace with what we’re experiencing at this very moment peace with good news, peace with bad news, peace with sadness, peace with joy.
(How can we be at peace with sadness or pain?
The better question is, “How can we be at peace with WHO we are, no matter what we’re feeling or going through?”
Why must the value of our human life be so conditional upon what we’re experiencing or feeling?
Why must we think that we are less, that our life is less, just because we have problems and pain? 🍂🌸
We are just us worthy when we are down and sad as when we are filled with joy and inspiration. 👉🏻 Caring for our mental health is about the practice of being aware of whether we put conditions on our own value as a human being.
"Good days, bad days, ups and downs… our life is equallty valuable. We can always grow and learn and be better, but through it all, we are okay, we are enough, we are valued. And the more you believe this, the more joy you will experience in your life. 😇😊
We don’t have to try to be happy, because when we have acceptance for who we are and what we’re feeling, we will naturally have more peace; and that is what it truly means to be happy; always.. ♥️
