10452 km^2 is the area of Lebanon that is located in the Middle East and this country population is nearly reached 6 millions. Today is 24 March 2020 where the cases of coronavirus reached 304 cases, spreading the awareness is important, but in Lebanon poverty is the main issue here. Due to the high unemployment and corruption that took over for 30 years and still in progress made facing Coronavirus difficult and hard. It has been 2 weeks in quarantine but as third world country online jobs is not available due to the issues lately that overtake the economy to a deep hell.
Coronavirus or COVID-19 is not the main problem but one of the big problems that Lebanon is trying to face, however the main reason that lead to these issues was mainly the Lebanese government and the wide corruption that took place in all the ministers for 30 years. Revolution in Lebanon starts in 7 October 2019 – ongoing - lead to this new government in which government trying to prove that it will gain the people approve but still not yet. If the government show great job in facing coronavirus that might give it the chance to rebuild the trust between people and the politics, otherwise people and politics suppose to work together in spreading the awareness and try to stick with the plan of staying at home, in the other hand government should help the unemployed citizen and support them the right way not just give them a free month for there SIM cards nor 500 MBS for internet is that enough ? Well everyone should ask himself
We are living in the 20th century even if we are in a third world country but internet is connecting the whole world together, and we know what is right and what is wrong and that is what Lebanese government should take it into consideration.
I believe we can make Lebanon a better country and Lebanese citizens are successful all over the world but all we have to say is "government should take the responsibilities and commitments toward building a good economy that can face all the issues including COVID-19 and what might come next"
