If the principle is that everything that Islam does not forbid is permissible, then why can't marriage be revolved around the fire seven times?

Or why can't i do, i do in church get married?

No sir !!! Seek evidence for all actions in Islam, including worship. Whether they are related to the economy, to the court, to the government, it is to matters. Why Islam is not a wax nose.

The jurists, seeing the election of the caliph among the Companions after the demise of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), called it a consensus, and also issued a three-day respite from it.

Why this is the correct way to understand the command in Islam, meaning:

What is the ruling in the Qur'an?

What did the apostle say?

What was the consensus of the companions?

First: All the jurists agree that the consensus of the Companions on any matter is a Shari'ah ruling.

Secondly, what are the Ejtehad issues?

Just do your own thing? No sir !!!

Ijtihad means taking orders from the Shari'ah texts, if the rules of the Qur'an are not found in the consensus of the Companions. Therefore, Ijtihad is not asked to change the order voluntarily over time.

When performing Ijtihad, the scholar has to present Shariah arguments.

Third: How many caliphs have been removed from the sword before?

Answer: There are two points:

First, oppression and the implementation of disbelief are separated in the hadiths, just as in a democracy the misuse of a government's funds does not end the office of the Prime Minister, so oppression cannot come out as long as he enforces the Shari'ah (Caliph). The same thing has been said by the hadiths on oppression. The caliph does not end with this. The caliph ends when he enforces "blatant blasphemy and blatant blasphemy", ie, shifts the law of the land to something other than the Shari'ah, which no caliph has ever done, except after 1918.

Secondly: The Khilafah system is run by human beings, it is a practical system, the mistakes of human beings in it do not give us the right to change the system, because it is defined by the Shari'ah which is both universal and eternal. So losing the mistakes of history does not change the order.

As people today do not offer prayers with humility like the Companions, what should they do to change the prayers? Meaning bring democratic prayers, do ijtihad on it too?

Laws that can only be taken from Allah (swt) mean that they are limited by Shari'ah in three categories.

1- Man's relationship with himself (food, clothing, etiquette, etc.) in which man cannot base his intellect on the intellect of another human being. The ruling here belongs to Allah alone.

2- Organizing relations with each other (agreements, system of government, social affairs, economic affairs, etc.) Here also the ruling will be taken only from Shariah.

3- Establishing a relationship with one's Creator (worship, which includes prayers, fasting, supplications, etc.). Here too, the ruling will be taken only from the Shari'ah.

As far as technology, science, administration, traffic laws, etc. are concerned, it is clear in this hadith

"You know more about your worldly affairs."

Therefore, Islam has laid down rules for all matters relating to the above three relationships, and we are forbidden to rule by anything other than them. When it comes to matters and items related to the fourth, we are allowed to use for ourselves the things that are best. Where there is a need, there is a light cross, there is a hospital, there is a school, there is a mosque, there is a road, there is new technology (phone, laptop) and so on. Therefore, the order of things is different from the order of deeds.

The rule of thumb is that

"All things are lawful except those which are forbidden."

And the rule of action is that

"Every action needs an argument"
