One of the keys to getting quality sleep is getting a bedroom that is conducive, comfortable, and can make you relax. If your sleep needs are fulfilled, then you will get a fresh body and mood the next day. Here are some suggestions that you can apply to get a comfortable bed.

Dark and silent

If you live in an area that is noisy and very bright, such as the side of the road, use curtains with opaque materials. You can also use an eye mask so that the light doesn't interfere with your sleep. It also means that you need to keep light-emitting objects out of your line of sight.

Differentiate room paint from other rooms in the house

This is done so that you consciously distinguish the function of the bedroom to rest. Choose soothing colors. Blue and green colors are believed to give a relaxed and calming impression, perfect for bedrooms.

Free bed
