Ingredients:
1. Two pounds of fish
2. one Egg
3. Garlic paste for a lump
4. Two bundles of green onions
5. A tablespoon of salt
6. Four tablespoons of flour
7. Gunpowder sauce half a pound
8. A tablespoon of corn flour
Step by Step Method:
Add salt, egg and water to the flour and mix well.
Now put the fish in small pieces and heat the ghee in a frying pan.
Fry the garlic and onion.
Remove the garlic and onion and set aside.
Now put the fish pieces one by one in the same ghee and fry on low heat.
Pour the gunpowder sauce over the fish and simmer for three minutes.
Put the fish in a baking tray, add the rest of the gunpowder and the corn flour mixture.
Now put the fish in the oven.
When the mixture thickens, remove and serve to guests.
