Ingredients
1. fish (large pieces) 1/2 kg
2. lemons (extract juice) 3 tablespoons
3. white pepper powder 1 teaspoon
4. pepper powder 1 teaspoon
5. fish sauce 2 tablespoons
6. Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
7. coconut powder 1/2 Cup
8. ginger (chopped) 1 teaspoon
9. salt to taste
10. oil as needed
Preparation recipe
1. Put salt and lemon juice on the fish pieces and keep it for 10 minutes.
2. Then wash it well and put it in a sieve and dry its end.
3. Add salt, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, fish sauce, Worcestershire sauce, fresh turmeric paste, coconut powder and ginger in a bowl and mix well and marinate for half an hour.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the fish pieces until golden and remove on a tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
5. Garnish with salad leaves and rhubarb slices in a serving dish and serve with ketchup.
