Ingredients :
1. 1 kg of meat
2. 1 kg of rice
3. Three onion
4. 1/2 kg potato
5. Two Green chilies
6. Mint 1/4 tbsp.
7. ginger 1 big piece
8. garlic 8 pieces
9. yogurt 1/4 kg
10.A teaspoon of turmeric
11. ground red chilies 2 teaspoons
12. salt to taste
13. large cardamom 3
14. small cardamom 5
15. cloves 6
16. black cumin one teaspoon
17.Pepper a few grains
18. cinnamon one inch piece
19. saffron a little
20. yolk color as required
21. oil required
Step by Step Instructions:
1. Grind ginger, garlic, mint, green chilies and make spices. Brown onion and take out its oil in a separate pot.
2. Put half of the browned onion in a saucepan, add the meat and lightly fry.
3. Add grinded spices, salt, pepper, turmeric and hot spices and fry well.
4. Now mix saffron and yoghurt in it and fry it and add water and let it melt the meat.
5. When the meat is half-melted, add potatoes, black cumin, black pepper and salt and cook. Boil the rice. When the rice is boiled, filter it and take it out.
6. When the potatoes and meat are melted, put a layer of rice in the broth (keep the broth thick) and put the meat seasoning on top of it
7. Lay the last layer, then dissolve a little yellow color in water.
8. Place the remaining brown onions on top of the rice and spread the oil that was taken out separately in it and let it simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Biryani Is ready to serve now....
