Ingredients:
1.Melt ghee one quarter cup
2. two egg whites
3. flour four and a half cup
4. salt half a teaspoon
5. tablespoons flour (make a paste).
Preparation recipe:
1. To make pratha doo, sift four cups of flour and half a teaspoon of salt in a bowl.
2. Then knead it with water as required.
3. Put a tablespoon of ghee on it and cover it with a wet cloth and leave it for 20 minutes.
4. Then make eight squashes.
5. Peel a squash, grate it and apply paste on it. Re-make the squash.
6. Apply a little ghee on each squash and cover and leave for 30 minutes.
7. Heat the ghee in a frying pan.
8. Make a thin pratha of each squash and make a hole in the middle so that it does not get filled with air.
9. Finally deep fry it until it becomes golden brown and crispy.
