1. Mutton 1 kg
2. Tomatoes 6
3. Onions 4
4. Ginger, Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
5. Crushed red pepper half a tablespoon
6. turmeric two teaspoons
7. vinegar four tablespoons
8. coking oil half a cup
9. green coriander a bale
10. salt to taste
11. stalks a packet
Preparation recipe
1. Separate mutton with salt and ginger garlic paste.
2. Heat oil in a pan and brown onion.
3. When the onion is brown, add mutton and cook.
4. Now add crushed red chilies and turmeric and cook on medium heat for five minutes.
5. Add tomatoes and chopped coriander and cook until the oil rises.
6. Finally add two cups of water and cook in a pressure cooker for ten minutes so that the meat melts well.
7. Remove to a serving plate.
8. Garnish with green coriander and serve hot with a slice in the middle.
