Ingredients
1. fish (whole piece of one and a half kg)
2. red chilies eight pieces
3. turmeric half a teaspoon
4. green peppers ground six pieces
5. salt two tablespoons
6. garlic crushed two teaspoons
7. crushed coriander half a teaspoon
8. ginger crushed A teaspoon
9. lemons juice two teaspoons
Preparation recipe
1. Clean the fish pieces and leave for 6 hours
2. Then add salt and put in a bowl or plastic shopper and keep in the fridge (for about 6 more hours)
3. Then wash with vinegar and water
4. Now garlic in a grinder Grind crushed coriander, ground turmeric, ginger, green chilies and lemon juice. Mix well on
5. fish and leave for 4 hours.
6. Then wrap in foil and put in preheated microwave for 15 minutes or bake in oven.
7. Open in the middle and see if the fish is melted, that's fine, otherwise put it in the oven for a while longer.
8. Serve with sauce.
