Ingredients :
1. two and half cups of wheat flour
2. 1/2 cups of semolina
3. one cup of white gram
4. potatoes 2 medium size
5. dahi boondi as required
6. yogurt half cup
7. chaat masala as required
8. tamarind sauce half cup
9. coking oil as required
Preparation recipe
1. Mix flour and semolina and add two to three tablespoons of lukewarm cooking oil and mix well.
2. Knead hard with a light sprinkle of water and wrap in a damp muslin cloth and leave for 15 to 20 minutes.
3. Make small sized pies and take their thin chapatti vines. Cut the whole sizes with the help of biscuit cutter.
4. Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat for three to four minutes and fry the gogappa puris until golden.(As soon as you put the whole golgappa puris in the pan, press lightly in the middle with the help of a spoon, then it will swell).
